megacomputer.pk is operated by Mega Computer, a Pakistan-based electronics retailer in business since 1986. Our registered store address is:

GF-19 Ground Floor, Techno City, Hasrat Mohani Road, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Pakistan.

We sell laptops, desktops, components, peripherals, networking equipment, gaming gear, printers, smartphones, tablets, and related electronics from authorized brands including HP, Dell, Asus, Lenovo, Apple, MSI, Acer, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, Canon, Epson, Logitech and many more.

3. Pricing & Currency Disclaimer

Pakistan’s electronics market is heavily affected by USD/PKR exchange-rate fluctuations and import duties. As a result:

• All prices displayed on this Website are indicative only and may change without notice.
• The final price for any order is the price confirmed by our team at the time of order acceptance, not the price shown on the Website at the time you added the item to your cart.
• Where pricing on the Website differs from the price we confirm, the confirmed price applies. You are free to cancel the order at that point without obligation.

4. Product Information & Availability

• We make reasonable efforts to display product specifications, images, and stock status accurately, but errors or omissions can occur and information may become outdated.
• Stock status on the Website is indicative; final availability is confirmed at the time of order processing.
• If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative, a back-order option, or a full refund.
• Product images are for reference; actual packaging, accessories, or minor design revisions may differ from the photos shown.
• Warranty status varies by product (new / open-box / refurbished / consumable). See our Warranty policy for details — always check the product page or confirm with our team before purchase.

5. PTA Approval & Cellular Devices

Pakistan’s Telecommunication Authority (PTA) requires all cellular devices — smartphones, cellular tablets, smartwatches with SIM, and similar — to be approved or registered before use on Pakistani networks. Please note:

• Where a device is PTA-approved, the product page clearly states this.
• For PTA-pending devices, the buyer is responsible for paying the applicable PTA tax through their network operator within 60 days of activation.
• Unregistered devices are blocked from cellular networks in Pakistan after the 60-day window.
• WiFi-only tablets, smartwatches without cellular, and accessories are not affected by PTA registration.
• If you’re unsure of a device’s PTA status, confirm with our team on WhatsApp at +92 300-8240228 before placing your order. We will not be responsible for PTA tax incurred after delivery for items where PTA status was clearly indicated on the product page.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

• Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract.
• A binding contract of sale is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order (typically via WhatsApp or call within a few hours).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to verify delivery details.
• For high-value or COD orders, additional verification may be required, including government-issued ID at the time of delivery.

7. Payment Terms

We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (Karachi only), bank transfer to all major Pakistani banks (HBL, MCB, Meezan, UBL, Allied, Bank Alfalah and others), mobile wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), and a booking/advance-payment option for high-value items. 8. Shipping & Delivery

Karachi orders are delivered same-day or next-day with free local delivery. Nationwide orders are couriered via TCS or Leopards Courier and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. 9. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are faulty, defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Sealed-box items have full return eligibility; opened/activated items have stricter conditions. Activated software licences, opened consumables, PTA-registered devices, and items damaged by misuse are non-returnable. 10. Warranty

All new branded products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, valid at authorized service centres across Pakistan. Used / refurbished / open-box items have per-product warranty terms listed on the product page. Consumables and accessories typically have no warranty. Your megacomputer.pk invoice is required for all warranty claims. See our Warranty policy for coverage, claim procedure, and exclusions.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website — including the Mega Computer logo, written content, product descriptions, photographs, and the overall site design — is the property of Mega Computer or its licensors and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright and trademark law.
• Product brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this Website does not imply ownership; we display them as the authorized reseller of those brands.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially use any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

When using the Website, you agree NOT to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use someone else’s payment details without authorization.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or harvesting tools to extract data from the Website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or back-end infrastructure.
• Post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content via reviews, contact forms, or communication channels.
• Resell or distribute products purchased from us in violation of the manufacturer’s authorized-channel terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs holds, internet outages, power outages, natural disasters, monsoon flooding, political situations, or government action.
• We are not liable for any PTA tax, customs duty, or regulatory fees that the buyer is responsible for under Pakistani law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
