    What is your return and refund policy for laptops, PCs and electronics?

    Faulty, defective, or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Original packaging, invoice, and all accessories must be intact. Activated software licences, opened consumables (printer ink, batteries), and items damaged by misuse are non-returnable. For warranty-related issues beyond 7 days, contact us and we will coordinate with the manufacturer service centre.
