• Karachi: Same-day or next-day delivery — FREE
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
• Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad: 2–4 working days
• Other cities across Pakistan: 3–5 working days
• Northern Areas, AJK, remote Balochistan: add 1–3 additional working days

Shipping Charges

Karachi orders ship free of charge. For intercity orders, courier charges are calculated by weight and destination and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Heavy items (UPS units, desktops, monitors over 27″, multi-piece orders) may incur additional handling fees — we’ll always confirm with you before shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed the same day
• Our team confirms every order on WhatsApp or call within a few hours
• If an item is out of stock we’ll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a refund
• Custom-built PCs and special-order items may take 2–3 extra days to prepare before shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share WhatsApp tracking info with the courier reference number. You can track in real time on the courier’s website or app, or simply reply to our WhatsApp for an update.

Delivery Partners

We ship intercity orders through TCS and Leopards Courier — Pakistan’s most reliable nationwide couriers. Karachi orders are typically delivered by our own rider or local courier for fastest service.

On Delivery — Inspect Before You Sign

• Inspect the package before signing for delivery — check the box for crush marks, tears, water damage, or tape tampering.
• If the box is visibly damaged: REFUSE the delivery and photograph the box from multiple angles. Call us within 30 minutes at +92 300-8240228. Do NOT sign for damaged packages.
• For COD orders, please have exact cash ready — couriers often cannot give change.
• Government-issued ID may be requested for high-value orders.
• If the item is sealed: open ONLY for inspection after delivery is signed for. Returns are stricter once seal is broken — see our Returns policy.

Common Shipping Considerations (Pakistan-specific)

• Religious holidays (Eid, Ramadan): Courier services operate at reduced capacity. Expect 1–3 days additional delay during peak periods.
• National holidays (14 August, 23 March, 25 December, Eid days): No deliveries.
• Monsoon & flooding (Jul–Sep): Karachi / Lahore / interior Sindh deliveries may face delays. We’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
• Political situation / strikes: Occasional unplanned delays may occur. We track these and notify affected orders.
• Customs holds: Imported items occasionally face customs clearance delays beyond our control.
